In the complicated and technical world of telecoms and broadband, it is inevitable that problems will sometimes occur. As the volume of Panther customers has grown, we have noticed that it has become increasingly difficult to provide our customers with the levels of support we would like.
We are therefore pleased to announce that we have entered into a partnership with a specialist helpdesk company that will provide help and first line technical support for our customers.
Juniper Bridge are a specialist fault handling company based in the UK, and their experts are available 24/7. They are particularly knowledgeable about broadband and line fault handling. As of Monday 18th January 2010, Juniper Bridge took over the handling of all support calls for Panther Telecom.
We are confident that our customers will benefit from an improvement in the speed and efficiency with which their faults are handled as a result of this change.
